
Ruizhi is a PhD candidate and a junior researcher at NeTS research group, Department of Information and Communication Technology, Universitat Pompeu Fabra. His research interests include IEEE 802.11 amendments for next generation networks, MAC protocol designs and performance evaluation for Multi-user MIMO and/or full-duplex enabled wireless networks. He also enjoys trekking, football and reading.
Ruizhi received his BSc degree in Computer Science from Guilin University of Electronic Technology, China in 2007 and MSc degree in Mobile Networking and Computing from University College Cork, National University of Ireland in 2008. After that, he did 1 year research study at the Center for Applied Internet Research, Glyndwr University, University of Wales in United Kingdom.
